Heart of Ohio Guild Retreat 2012

AND “QUILT AROUND THE CLOCK”
Annual Heart of Ohio Quilters Guild Retreat
Coshocton Village Inn and Suites on February 17, 18, and 19, 2012
We will be a rockin’ and a rollin’ and a cutin’ and a sewin’—all night long, if you wish.
Reservations will be accepted for a total of 75 weekend participants and day-trippers. Sign-up for the retreat will begin at 6:00 p.m., September 20, 2011, prior to the Guild meeting. Day-trippers should sign up on this date also. All reservations must be received by December 13, 2011. Reminder: you must be a Guild member to register for and attend the retreat. Because of all the activities happening at the Guild meeting, no new memberships will be accepted on September 20. When all seats are sold, a standby list will be maintained to fill any vacancies that may become available due to cancellations.
Cost for the weekend package is:
1 person to a room - $210
2 people to a room - $135 per person
3 people to a room - $110 per person
4 people to a room - $95 per person
Day-Tripper - $40 per day
To reserve your space, a check to Heart of Ohio Quilters Guild and a completed reservation form will be required. Cash payments in the exact amount of the reservation will be accepted. After making your reservation, you will choose a seating location. Groups planning to sit together should all register at the same time or appoint one person to register the entire group. Reservations may be mailed to Becky Carter, 3061 Grand Haven Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147. The retreat committee will assign the seating for any reservations received by mail.
Participants, who wish to stay longer than Friday and Saturday nights or wish to arrive on Thursday, should make their reservations directly with Coshocton Village Inn and Suites – 740-622-9455. Be sure to mention that you are with the Heart of Ohio Quilters Guild to receive a reduced rate and stay in the same room your entire stay.
Cancellations before January 1, 2012 will receive a full refund. After that date, the person canceling must find another person to assume the cost or forfeit their entire reservation cost.
